SOAK is a female owned social enterprise created through collaborations with other female, highly sensitive and creative folk.

We care about supporting people to integrate deep rest into their lives as part of a natural rhythm to living a less overwhelmed and more balanced life.

The Soak Room is for all - busy professionals, active individuals, neurodivergent bodies and minds, students and those who give a lot to their communities. We believe rest isn't earnt but an essential part of what allows us to live well.

SOAK is part of changing the culture and script on rest: practicing and honouring purposeful voids as deeply personal, creative and transformative time.

SOAK's mission is to see women thrive in business through including rest, sensitivity and creativity as part of their work ethic. And its vision, is to do this through independent Soak Rooms in every city where all people can deeply rest and see transformation in their health and lives because of it.
