FIRST FLOAT

What to Know Before Your First Float

1. Health Wavier
Please arrive on time as we will ask you to complete a health wavier upon arrival.

2. Using audio during your Soak
We offer curated playlists, headphones and speakers during the session. If you prefer to use your own device and audio then please make sure that everything is ready and charged upon arrival and all notifications are turned off.

3.  Remove any accessories
Before using the Soak bed, will ask you to remove any accessories and clothing items on you such as earrings, necklaces, hair clips, belts and sequins in order to not damage the membrane. If you are unable to remove piercings then please cover them first.

4.  Rest after your Float
You are welcome to spend time upstairs or in reception after your session has ended. Please do not feel the need to rush off, give yourself time to transition.

Get the most out of your Float

1.    Wear comfortable clothing

We recommend you wear comfortable clothing with nothing sharp. For the best experience, we would recommend natural, breathable fabrics

2.   Move around

Move around and get comfy during your float. You can try lying on your side, we would recommend using a speaker if you are interested in this option.

3.   Hydration

We provide water after your float and we recommend you stay hydrated.

4.  Take a slow day

Take care of yourself after your first float. We recommend taking a slow, easier day as floating for the first time may bring to attention our need for relaxation.

We have a selection of weighted and non-weighted eye pillows and eye masks. With options to protect make-up and eyelash extensions.
